Frequently asked questions
Account and preferences
How do I register or sign in?
Select Login and follow the hosted sign-in instructions for email or an available identity provider. New accounts must complete any requested email verification before using subscriptions and AI Diagnosis.
How long do I stay signed in?
A regular user session lasts no more than 30 days and expires sooner after 7 consecutive days without use. Signing in again invalidates the previous session used by the same browser. Do not remain signed in on a shared device, and sign out when finished.
What if I forget my password?
Use the password reset option on the hosted login page, enter your registered email and complete verification. Choose a strong new password.
What can I change in my profile?
Settings lets you manage nickname, avatar, assistant and share-button preferences, fixed header and subscription information. Language and theme are available from the account menu.
How do I change language or theme?
Open the account menu and choose Language or Theme. Hover or click on desktop; tap to expand on mobile.
Which sign-in methods can I use?
The hosted login page shows the identity providers currently available, including configured email and third-party options. Sign-in is required for account-based features.
Markets and AI
How should I read calendar descriptions and values?
These are schedule and indicator guides, not summaries of published reports. Times and values may change; impact does not indicate price direction. Unreleased actuals show “Awaiting release”; missing source values show “Not provided”. Speeches, minutes and other non-numeric events show “Not applicable”. An event alone cannot establish market direction.
Why does the chart show only 10 historical candles?
The current model uses 273 complete daily candles per instrument as historical input, not just the 10 shown. The chart displays the latest 10 to make the historical prices and five-day forecast area easier to read. This does not guarantee accuracy or returns.
How do 1H, 4H and 1D analysis differ from AI K-Lines and AI Diagnosis?
1H, 4H and 1D provide traditional six-factor analysis for each timeframe. AI K-Lines displays five-day price ranges. AI Diagnosis evaluates favorable, adverse or mixed scenarios for your entry price and BUY/SELL position. They answer different questions and are not trading instructions or guarantees of returns.
How do I use AI Diagnosis?
Choose an instrument, enter your entry price and BUY/SELL side, then start diagnosis. The report assesses your position, separating current profit/loss from favorable, adverse or mixed continuation scenarios. It explains the potential favorable price/day, risk reference and P&L range. Changing language translates the same result without a new diagnosis or charge. Analysis only, not a trading instruction.
How do I use AI K-Lines?
Future price ranges are generated by an AI forecasting model. Open AI K-Lines to view the selected instrument’s latest 10 New York-close daily candles for free. After signing in, select Forecast to view D1–D5 Low, Mid and High estimates. The first successful forecast for an instrument and issue consumes 2 Credits; repeat viewing for the same New York session does not charge again. AI forecasts are for reference only and are not investment advice. Viewing retained history is free. After deletion, forecasting again costs 2 Credits and saves new history, even for the same instrument on the same day. History: Free 5, Plus 15, Pro 30 trading days; expired history is deleted automatically.
What do market terms mean?
Common terms: Support is a price area below the market where buying interest or defensive reaction may appear. Resistance is a price area above the market where selling pressure or breakout confirmation may appear. Spread is the difference between bid and ask and is part of trading cost. Pip/points measure price movement in Forex or Spot Metals. ATR/volatility helps describe recent price movement intensity. Leverage can increase capital efficiency but also magnifies risk. Margin is the capital required to maintain a position. These explanations help you understand the page and are not investment advice.
Which instruments are available?
Supported Forex pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD, NZD/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF and USD/CAD; spot metals: gold XAU/USD and silver XAG/USD. Free analysis, AI Diagnosis and AI K-Lines are limited to EUR/USD. Plus and Pro cover all nine instruments. Instruments marked Subscribe lead to the plans page.
Are predictions guaranteed?
AI Diagnosis and market analysis are informational only, do not promise accuracy or returns, and are not investment advice. Make independent decisions based on your own risk tolerance.
What can the assistant help with?
Hello, I am the FX Navigator product assistant. I can help with Markets, 1H/4H/1D analysis, AI K-Lines, AI Diagnosis, subscriptions, supported instruments, calendars, community, Credits, account settings, login, refunds and support.
What can I do with FX Navigator?
FX Navigator brings together Markets, 1H/4H/1D analysis, AI K-Lines, AI Diagnosis, calendars, community, subscriptions, sharing rewards, Credits and account settings. Content is informational, not investment advice.
How do the 1H, 4H and 1D views differ?
Directional assessments use traditional six-factor indicators for the selected timeframe. 1H, 4H and 1D show traditional analysis for hourly, four-hour and daily periods: trend, price chart, support/resistance and risk corridor. Each period is assessed independently; bullish, bearish and neutral are not trade instructions or return guarantees. Changing instrument or period refreshes that view. Closed markets retain the last complete candle, not invented quotes. Signed-in users can reorder level cards, saved in this browser. This differs from AI K-Lines’ five future trading-day forecasts.
How do I read the chart?
The chart shows historical price movement for the selected instrument and timeframe. Switch the instrument or timeframe to compare views.
How do I filter calendar events?
Future and past events combine start/end dates, impact and region filters. Paging preserves filters; changing a filter resets to page one. Dates use the browser’s timezone and YYYY-MM-DD; upcoming results can shrink as release times pass. Closures/important events show schedules and liquidity notices: a public holiday does not mean every instrument is closed or volatility is absent. Signed-in users can view the current month; subscribers can browse other months. Calendar entries are information, not trading signals.
What do market-closure and risk notices mean?
Holiday-calendar dots indicate potential liquidity conditions: red is higher risk, yellow is medium and green is normal or lower. They describe market conditions and are not trading advice.
Where is my diagnosis history?
Open History on the AI Diagnosis page and filter by instrument or recommendation type. Diagnosis history: latest 20 records for Free, 100 for Plus and 200 for Pro; oldest records are removed above the limit. You can select and delete records manually. The default is 10 records per page. A dismissible notice appears at 16 records (Free), 80 (Plus) or 160 (Pro), and again at the 20/100/200-record limit. It does not block use; dismissals are remembered separately for each account and plan.
How do I view precious metals analysis?
Plus and Pro users can select XAU/USD or XAG/USD from the Spot Metals group on the 1H, 4H, or 1D page. Each timeframe produces an independent six-factor direction; only the combined view compares multiple timeframes. Spot Metals analysis is informational only, is not investment advice, and does not guarantee accuracy or trading outcomes.
When is market data updated?
Market and page data refresh on controlled schedules and when relevant views change. Short-lived cached data may be shown to protect stability and provider quotas.
Plans and Credits
How do the plans differ?
Signed-in users can start a plan and buy Credits. An active plan cannot be purchased again before expiry. Plus can upgrade to Pro at any time, and an upgrade does not turn on auto-renew automatically. Pro cannot downgrade to Plus during an active term; after expiry, the user can choose Plus or Pro again. Auto-renew can be turned on or off in subscription settings. Prices include tax, and an invoice is sent to the registered email after payment. Subscription Credits follow the UTC daily allowance rules. Referral rewards are limited to 3 per day for Free users and the applicable limit for other plans. Each referral Credit expires individually 30 days after it is earned, not at UTC midnight. Purchased Credits expire 1 year after purchase. Spending order is subscription, referral, then purchased Credits. AI Diagnosis costs 1 Credit; AI K-Lines costs 2 Credits per forecast. Self-visits, bots, prefetches and duplicate or abusive visits do not qualify. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and purchases are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Every successfully paid period has a separate refund window measured from its Stripe payment time in UTC: 7 days for non-European billing countries and 14 calendar days for EU/EEA/UK. Used days are deducted after service starts, and stronger mandatory rights still apply. Free, Plus, and Pro all support AI K-Lines; each forecast consumes 2 Credits.
What if renewal payment fails?
After an auto-renew payment fails, paid access remains for one fixed 24-hour UTC grace period; repeated failures do not extend the deadline. A localized failure email is sent, access restores automatically after payment recovery, and free features remain available if the grace period ends.
When do Credits reset or expire?
How do I buy Credits?
After signing in, open the subscription / Credits area, choose 5, 10, or 25 Credits, accept the purchase terms, and complete payment through Stripe. After Stripe confirms payment, Credits are added to your balance. Purchased Credits are consumed after subscription/referral Credits are depleted, do not reset at UTC00:00, remain valid for 1 year from purchase, and expire automatically; except where required by law, purchased Credits are non-refundable.
How do I manage renewal or cancellation?
Open Settings from your avatar at the top right. Subscription overview shows your plan, expiry date and auto-renewal status, with cancellation and renewal controls. Auto-renewal is off by default. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; the page indicates whether access continues during the current paid period.
Which payment methods are supported?
The Subscription page shows available payment methods. You can subscribe with a debit or credit card. Auto-renewal is off by default.
